Tahmina is a superstar. From the first time we met her, Tahmina has shown nothing but compassion, understanding and reassurance, clearly seeing the person, not just the eye condition. Having been prepared to undertake complex and urgent surgery across 3 operations for my husband, Tahmina has been clear throughout on what needs to happen, why and when. My husband was very well cared for during his appointments by Tahmina and her colleagues and, even afterwards, Tahmina has reached out to me several times to check on his progress and general wellbeing. Her genuine concern and care for patients is second to none, a sentiment I've heard repeated by several other patients of hers that we've met. You'll be in the best hands with Tahmina.

Ms Tahmina Pearsall,has looked after my eyesight,for the past 3 years,and treated my Glaucoma during this time.As an 85 year old man,I had not expected that my vision could be improved,but her care and advice ,including a cataract removal which she carried out in person,has ensured that I have been able to continue to drive,and will be able to do so for the forseeable future.I am grateful that she has not regarded my age as a barrier to further treatment,and look forward with confidence to a further cataract operation,which she has recommended,and I hope will be conducted by her.Ms Pearsall is clearly a dedicated professional and I regard myself as very fortunate to be under her care

Miss tahmina pearsall has been looking after me since February this year when she first treating me for high eye pressure, if it wasn’t for her care and quick attention I may of lost more of my eyesight, she was quick to recommend glaucoma shunt surgery to help me and within 3 weeks I had my first surgery appointment. She has seen me regularly and has always been very helpful and patient and I trust her implicitly, she has done her best to help me and when I had to have a 2nd surgery on my eye she just got me the appointment quickly and she carried out the procedure for me and she is the only person who makes a very scary situation worthwhile, I know she continue to help me to the best of her ability and I am extremely grateful to her. So thankyou Tahmina I really appreciate all of your care and compassion you really are an amazing person. Thankyou.

As soon as I met Ms Pearsall I knew she was a kind caring person who really cares about people and particularly her patients. She has such a bubbly and funny personality and immediately puts you at ease. Her dedication to her given talent as an Ophthalmic Surgeon is second to none. She is very professional yet keeps the atmosphere light and friendly particularly in theatre. I wouldn’t ordinarily say an experience in theatre is enjoyable but Tahmina makes you feel so calm and relaxed, so I would say it is an unusual but not unpleasant experience. The operation itself is fascinating, as you remain awake. But do not fear if Tahmina is performing your surgery you can put your mind at rest as she regularly checks with you that you are okay, she plays music to help relax you. Her aftercare is brilliant, with the help of her lovely Secretary Kayleigh, who is very helpful and kind. They make a great team! I was amazed how clear and bright everything was even the day after surgery. During your pre-op and follow-up Tahmina will give you every bit of advice she can to ensure you receive the very best of care possible. I can overwhelmingly recommend Tahmina, you are in the very best of hands, so fear not! Thank you so much Tahmina, I am so grateful to you. I’ll miss our consultations and particularly our laughs! Over the last year I have received glaucoma and cataract surgery from Ms Pearsall and am very grateful to her for the skill and care she demonstrated throughout. Thanks to her the steady deterioration in my left eye has been halted.
